Talks selected from abstracts: Please indicate in the registration form that you will submit an abstract for a poster presentation. A number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentations (15 min including discussion) or flash talks (5 min/3 slides max including discussion).

Preparation of Abstracts: The abstracts should be a maximum of 250 words. Please use Arial 10 and do not include subtitles. Please indicate (1) Titel (not capitalized); (2) Authors (presenting underlined); (3) Affiliation; (4) Text (250 words max). Abstracts must be submitted as Word (.doc) files to espcr2012@espcr.org

Posters: Ideal poster size is A0 (882 x 1247 mm portrait). Posters should be set-up on Tuesday morning, September 11th and removed in the afternoon of Thursday, 13th of September 2012.

Oral Presentations: You will be informed if you are selected for an oral presentation by June 30, 2012.

Flash-talks: About 15 flash-talks will be selected from the remaining abstracts. Flash-talk speakers will be informed by August 10, 2012. In any case, both oral poster presentation as well as Flash-talk presenters should post their Poster during the meeting.
